Message from the CEO

I’m Schmett Jones, Founder and CEO of S.T.A.B.L.E. Coaching & Consulting.

After more than two decades leading HR strategy, workforce development, and leadership initiatives across industries, I saw a common theme, both individuals and organizations often struggle to remain grounded in seasons of transition.

I created S.T.A.B.L.E. to bring clarity, confidence, and sustainable results to both sides of the equation. Our coaching supports high-achieving individuals navigating life and career changes. Our consulting helps leaders and organizations build structure, systems, and strategy that foster growth.
